(with in 48 hours of listing our house we were under contract) Buying our next home was going to be a little more challenging we thought but within a month of selling our home we were under contract to buy! We had a specific list of requirements that needed to be met due to our situation of moving to bring in my mother in law, and having two small children to consider as well. This process could have been stressful and could have taken a lot longer. However, this process for us was smooth, easy, and did not take nearly as long as we thought! OMG, I can't say enough good things about Leslie and Erik as a team. This team really delivers as promise. I was in a bad situation were my home was sitting with very little showing from my first agent for about 6 months. I couldn't understand why, as my home was beautiful and in the right location to sell (Prosper TX). Then I changed my real estate agent and decided to go with Leslie and her team, and I'm glad I did. I explained my situation to Leslie and Erik and told them I needed my home to be sold within the next 30 days. They both told me with the right marketing they should have no problem. Leslie helped me sell my condo. She did an amazing job managinng repairs, as I was out of state. She always was very fast to get anything done. She sold my condo almost as fast as we listed for full asking price. I couldn't be happier with the experience or results. She's so nice, helpful, and professional.
